“Great sandwiches. Bad customer service. Called ahead, rushed through my order by a rude woman who kept interrupting me saying “name for the order” while I’m still giving the order to her. Accidentally forgot to add something to the first item, so I went back to it, but got scolded for doing that and told not to go back and forth between items when placing my order. My bad… When I show up to pay, a redhead behind the counter takes my card, swipes it without telling me my total, puts my order in a bag and pushes the bag across the counter at me as she turns away to talk shit about another customer to the guy behind the sandwich counter. No “thank you”, nothing. All this while she has a tip jar next to the register and other customers waiting in line.”

“10/10 would recommend. Their steak and cheese is tasty and flavorful. The bread is phenomenal. Very quick on making food. Price is great for the food. Definitely recommend checking it out. If you’re into alcohol and cigars they also have a wide selection to choose from.”

“I have gone to Candia Rd for over 20 years and loved them. However I’m thinking of leaving them. I always got a great filling sub. But all the sudden I am getting 1 - 2 pcs of meat. Today we asked for extra meat. Charged me $2! I had a total of 3 pieces of meat! Pretty mad t them”

“My husband and I used to be regulars, we were in several times a week and ordered subs at least once a week. He passed away several years ago and I stopped going. Just a few weeks ago I decided to stop for a cheeseburger sub. I didn’t recognize any of the people working there, but again it’s been years. I got home and opened my sub and it was a mess !! Most of the meat and cheese was on the outside of the roll, and the cheese wasn’t even melted, one bite told me why, the burger was stone cold !! I only live about 7 minutes away. I was disappointed but chalked it up to a one off, it was somewhat busy that night. Cut to tonight. I went in again and ordered a small Italian sub, with lettuce tomato onions and oil and vinegar. When I opened it most of the tomatoes were outside the roll and fell on the floor. I opened the sub to find three slices of salami and one slice of cappicola for the whole sub, no cheese, which Admittedly I didn’t ask for, but usually is standard on an Italian sub. Also while there was plenty of lettuce, and the floor tomatoes, there was no onion and the oil and vinegar was only on one half of the sub. All in all very disappointing from a place that used to have the best subs around.”

“Fantastic craft beer, cider, and NA beer selection! We also love their sandwiches. My husband and I don’t smoke, so I can’t speak on that part of the store. I’m posting this review because I do genuinely like this place, but I also wanted to post a better pic of the menu and order form for future reference (sorry for the glare).”
